Observit Enterprise Center gives you remote access to your connected fleet so you can review recordings, follow vehicle status, manage users, and work with investigations without needing to work directly on board the vehicle.
Make sure you have:
- a user invitation from Observit or your organization
- your username and temporary password, or access to password reset
- a supported browser and internet connection
If you have not received an invitation, contact your local administrator, your Observit contact, or Support.
- Open the OEC login page provided by your organization.
- Enter your username and password.
- If you do not know your password, use the password reset option.
- After your first login, confirm your preferred language and time zone.
In many setups, your username is the same as your email address.

OEC is designed to help customers work with three main areas:
- security and incident handling through live view, playback, and evidence retrieval
- fleet visibility through status, diagnostics, and device health information
- operational follow-up through reporting, counters, and investigation workflows
After signing in, start with these actions:
- Verify that your language and time zone are correct.
- Check that you can see the correct customer, depot, or fleet area.
- Open a known vehicle and confirm that you can view its basic status.
- Test the workflows you need most, starting with live view or playback.
- Save the support page so you know where to go if something blocks your work.

Check these basics before raising a support case:
- you are signed in with the correct account
- the expected customer or depot is visible
- the vehicle list includes the area you should work with
- the page language and time zone match your normal setup
If the visible fleet area or menu options do not match what you need, review Access and Roles and contact Support if needed.
